We provide full hook up sites -water-sewer-electric, Wi-Fi, and  outdoor shower and bathroom.  
We also provide propane for the outdoor kitchen. 
Ice machine onsite.

We offer a Military / Veteran / LOE discount!  

10% off daily rates  

( weekly and monthly rates not discounted)

Full payment required one full week prior to arrival via CashApp, Venmo, PayPal or Square, cash.

* FL sales tax is 7%, Taylor Co. Tourist tax is 5%= 12%

* Credit Card payments are subject to a 3% fee
